The Indianapolis Mini Marathon is the 3rd largest half-marathon in the world, and largest in the country! It’s a lot of fun – I’m not an Indy 500 fan (I grew up there, seems like a lot of hype to me…) but it was actually really cool to get to run on the track!
This was actually the day before my marathon this year! I was driving through Indianapolis literally THAT day and it was all I could do to refrain from just signing up for it too. It was my first marathon though and I didn’t want to get too crazy! haha!
